Update from 3cea during the COVID-19 Pandemic

Statement from 3cea, 18th March 2020

Dear all,

3cea is aware that the evolving situation in relation to Coronavirus COVID-19 is having a very real impact on the day-to-day work of many.  We wanted to take this opportunity to update you on how we are approaching our service provision for you.

3cea’s approach has been to adhere to the advice of the Chief Medical Officer and the Department, and we will continue to pursue this policy. We would like to assure you that we are also putting in place our own measures to ensure continuity of service to our clients, beneficiaries and stakeholders.

Our services are continuing to operate – most of our team are set up to work remotely from home and will be available to answer any queries that you may have over the phone or email. We will address the concerns you have raised with us as on an ongoing basis and update you as the situation develops.

We are continuing with a reduced capacity to facilitate site visits. However, we expect this to be reduced even further on a practical basis over the coming days and weeks as further restrictions are put in place.

We appreciate your continued support within the restrictions being placed on us all to provide you with the highest level of service possible.

Once more, please take the steps you need in order to keep yourself, your families and your community safe.

Sincerely,

Paddy Phelan

CEO of 3 Counties Energy Agency
